Welcome! These terms keep things fair and clear for everyone. By using pseantales.com, creating an account, or joining the Coloring Club, you agree to them. The short version: be kind, color as much as you like at home, and don't resell our pages.
Who we are
P.Sean Tales is a small, family-run publisher of read-along coloring books, based in Brooklyn, New York. Contact: updates@pseantales.com.
Your account
- Accounts and purchases are for parents and adults (18+). Kids color; grown-ups sign up.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
- We may close accounts that abuse the site, other members, or these terms.
What you may do with our pages
Everything you download here — the free sampler, free pages, and Coloring Club pages — is licensed for personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as you like for your own family or classroom. Please don't re-sell, re-publish, or share the files themselves. All art, stories, and the Luciano character are © P.Sean Tales.
The Coloring Club (paid subscription)
- Price: $4.99 per month, or $39 per year — plus any applicable tax.
- Automatic renewal: your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your card is charged, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: Profile → Manage subscription opens the secure Stripe portal, where cancelling takes two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Yearly renewal reminder: we email yearly members a reminder before the renewal charge, with a cancellation link.
- Refunds: if a charge is a billing error or a duplicate, email us and we'll refund it. Otherwise payments for a started billing period aren't refunded — you simply cancel and the plan ends at the period's close. Where local law gives you extra refund rights, those rights apply.
- Price changes: if a price ever changes, existing members get at least 30 days' email notice first, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Book links & Amazon
Book pages link to Amazon, where our books are sold. We currently earn nothing extra from these links. If we ever join an affiliate program that pays us a commission on qualifying purchases, we'll disclose it plainly on this page and next to the links.
The honest fine print
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will never hiccup. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law says can't be limited.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date (and email Club members about significant changes). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
